How to book a course

Find the course which suits your needs and availability from the list below.

If you are booking a security course, which requires First Aid training you need only use booking request for the security course and confirm you need First Aid.  Price for security courses show a discounted price for First Aid included as part of a package.

Select the button marked Booking Request, this will open a email for you.  Fill out the details requested such as full name, date of birth, phone number, email address and payment method you would like to use, and send the email. 

You will recieve an invoice with a request to pay the deposit, this must be paid to guarantee your place on the course. Once payment of deposit is recieved, you will be sent your booking confirmation with pre-course learning and joining instructions. An updated invoice will also be sent, showing your remaining balance and confirmation of your deposit being paid. 

Complete any course required pre-learning, return evidence such as workbooks, ACT certificates by email before your course starts. Then simply attend your course on time, and complete the final payment for your course.
