We have a few methods aimed at making your booking experience easy.

1. Use our contact us form to provide your details, we can then reach out to you to help you book on.

2. Contact us via WhatsApp to have a live chat, allowing us to help you on your journey. 

3. Drop us a call and speak with us.

4. Select the course you want from the course menu, you can then either pay for the course in one go using paypal or use the booking request button to provide details to pay a deposit only.

We have a few options available to you.

1. You can pay by credit/debit card or paypal (with paypal you can sign up to paying your course over 3 easy instalments). 

2. You can pay by invoice selecting the payment button on the invoice.

3. You can pay by bank transfer.

4. You can pay the deposit only, then pay the balance on day 1 of your course by cash, card or bank transfer. 

If you find yourself in the position of booking your course, then you are unable to attend.  You need only reach out to us to let us know, we can re-schedule you onto another course without any additional charges.

Most of our courses enable us to deliver digital exams on your mobile, tablet or laptop computer. This gives us immediate results, which we share with you there and then.  Some of our courses are still paper based, but again we can provide you with pass or fail details on the day. 

We provide all our learners with free resits on any of our courses, whether you fail all or only part of your course we will re-book you onto the next available resit and give you guidance and support to prepare.
