Then complete 44 hours of classroom learning over 6 days covering topics such as working in private security, working as a door supervisor, conflict management and physical intervention.
The qualification requires learners to complete 4 multiple choice MCQ exams, practical assessments such as statement writting, conflict management scinarios, radio and searching, physcial intervention skills.

To complete this qualification learners are expected to complete pre-course work such as unit 1 PWIPSI workbook. Then complete 22 hours of classroom learning over 3 days covering topics such as working in private security and working as a CCTV operator.
The qualification requires learners to complete 2 multiple choice MCQ exams, practical assessments such as statement writing and CCTV Operations. If you completed Sia security officer or door supervisor training after April 2021, you may be eligable for exemption to complete the first MCQ exam. Evidence of RPL (Record of Prior Learning) would need provided in the form of your original training certificate, issued to you by the awarding orginisation you completed training with previously.

Learners gaining this qualification will understand that fire safety is the responsibility of everyone, and will recognise the causes of fire, common hazards and fire risk assessments. It can support those already in a workplace role or learners preparing for employment. The course is delivered in 1 day in a classroom environment, by a trained and experienced trainer.
